In this project, we partnered with a company looking to expand their e-commerce business by examining the current environment of the e-commerce business as well as various scenarios for future businesses. In devising a strategic growth plan in order to compete with other major businesses, we analyzed data collected from interviews and internet surveys with consumers. Further, we devised potential future scenarios based on interviews with market experts as well as literature research. This allowed us to come up with a comprehensive strategy for growth.
