I am very glad to share my feeling and experience in P&E. For more than one year's working here, I still find from time to time new things and surprises in the company, which enjoyed me a lot the life in Tokyo.

P&E is a place where consultant with different back ground gathered, from USA, China and Southeast Asia, with academic majors in science and technology, economics and management, law and accounting, which brings us the collision of thoughts and birth of new idea. Also, to communicate with these clever people enlightened me in the working as well in the life. Our company has a young and open atmosphere--not only we have a relatively young aged group, but also we arouse everyone to input their thoughts in the projects. The encouraging atmosphere for braveness in work and life is the part of the company philosophies that I cherish mostly.

P&E has a good tradition to offer the training and self-capacity construction of the young professionals. They has been systematically provided courses on management knowledge, and working skills. The accumulated knowledge is shared among the elder and the younger, the specially majored and the stranger to this field. We have the mentor system, to help the design and build-up of the young beginner with their techniques and view of life. The result of the company human resource building has been proved very successful.

We have different clients in various industries. For me, the very exciting experience in the work is the touch with the edging techs, business models, and hundreds of new products, which in turn evokes us big desire and ideas to promote them even forward.

I transferred into P&E Directions from a domestic independent consulting company, and through my experience, I believe that there are 2 main aspects that make P&E Directions consulting style appealing.

The first aspect is the support style, which can be defined as a "running side-by-side with the client" or "mutual development with the client". P&E Directions does not just support their clients by providing strategy development and operational process development as an outsourced project, they develop the strategies and the plans with their clients with the actual action plan / execution in mind. At times we would have numerous meetings with our clients in order to share the facts and unify our mindset and vector, in order to change the mind over to the execution / transformation. Therefore, in order to provide such procedures, our consultants require a sense of speed and most of all views and stances; because of this, there are tough times when hard work is necessary, but the accomplishment you gain when you are able to execute the strategy and see results is definitely great.

The other aspect is the stage which P&E Directions is currently at. The company was established in 2001 and so forth can be viewed as a company that is currently still in its growth stage. Therefore, the growth of the client, through our consulting service, will provide our company growth and in addition provide us individual growth, letting us grow together in the long-term over 10 years / 20 years.
